Do we really need another theatre website?

Yes. Because this site is different.

We love the theatre. Love it. Many of us on the PA On Stage team have been involved with the theatre community, on stage, back stage and in the audience. What we’ve noticed, however, is that unless you’re traveling in theatre circles, you’re likely to miss information about great productions featuring talented local artists. That’s what we hope this website will help solve.

By creating an easily searchable database of theatre productions for south central Pennsylvania, we hope to increase the volume of word-of-mouth by giving potential audience members an online resource to look for types and locations of shows, specific theatre offerings and more – all current and all linked to theatres for tickets and more information.
