Sail off on a fantastic musical excursion when a band of comical pirates lands at North Beach looking for an expert digger to join their crew. Braid Beard and his mates enlist young Jeremy Jacob as they look for the perfect spot to bury their treasure. Jeremy finds that adventuring can be lots of fun, but also learns that love and home are treasures you can’t find on any map! Nerd culture has given us some amazing characters over the years, and television, movies, comics, and books have given us nuanced, deep, and emotionally stirring storylines. This is not that.
EFF Live! features local artists reading the best of the worst of online erotic fanfiction for your amusement and horror. So if you've ever wanted to hear about a certain time travelling doctor get freaky with an alien, or Gotham's favorite Caped Crusader have a sordid love affair with The Penguin, this oddball, hilarious evening of "theatre" might be for you. FREAKY FRIDAY: THE MUSICAL (Opens July 10)
A hilarious, heartfelt musical about a stressed, over-organized mother and her spontaneous teenage daughter. When the two magically swap bodies right before the mom’s wedding, they are forced to spend a day in each other’s shoes, ultimately learning empathy and understanding.
